Reese: These images that I'm sending you over right now were found on the dark side of Al Tunis Brigade's website in the days prior to the attack.
Callen: Yeah, typical pre-attack surveillance.
Deeks: Establishing patterns for the target.
Reese: The State Department and the FBI are both working on the assumption that this was an assassination attempt on Ambassador Kelly.
Hanna: If they succeeded, this would've been the seventh U.S. Ambassador killed by terrorists.
Blye: Will you be heading back to the consulate to process the scene?
Reese: No, I'll be heading back to the U.S. For a debrief tonight. State says the area is still too dangerous. Could be weeks before it cools down enough for agents to go in and process the scene.
Hanna: This has to be done now or there's not gonna be any evidence. We'll have another Benghazi on our hands. No answers, just conspiracies.
Reese: Well, the terrorists are in complete control of the area.
Hanna: Which is something I can't allow. Harris was a friend. I can't let this pass without answers.
Blye: Can we send in military to secure the area?
Reese: The host government has made it abundantly clear, any large footprint from military or law enforcement will be considered an illegal occupation.
Callen: And what about a small footprint? Navy could get us in there off the books, under the radar.
